In order to comply with the Guidance from the Governor and Johnson County Public Health Officer to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and for the safety and well-being of those involved, this meeting will be conducted using an online virtual meeting tool. Members of the Planning Commission will not be present but will participate remotely using the virtual meeting tool.
The meeting will be open to the public via the online virtual meeting tool by viewing online or listening by phone. Instructions for using the online virtual meeting tool are below. The meeting may also be viewed at opkansas.civicweb.net by selecting “Watch Live.” Please note that the meeting may be broadcast and recorded.
Members of the public may participate in legally required public hearings during virtual meetings by: 1) Clicking on the Public Comments page and submitting written comments to planningcommission@opkansas.org. Online comments close at 11:00 a.m. on July 13; or 2) using the virtual meeting link provided on the published meeting agenda and on City’s website at: https://opkansas.zoom.us/; or 3) using phone dial-in information provided on the published meeting agenda. The CONSENT AGENDA will be presented in its entirety for Planning Commission consideration.
Staff comments for each item are available on the agenda the Friday prior to the Planning Commission meeting. However, some agenda items may be continued after the final agenda is published.
