Motion to Rescind Previous Action Taken on December 16, 2019, Adopting Resolution No. 4583  - Declaring the intent of the City to grant a Property Tax Abatement and issue Federally Taxable Private Activity Revenue Bonds in one or more series, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $14,600,000 for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction, equipping and furnishing of a Campus Center generally located on the northeast corner of I-635 Highway and Merriam Drive (Dimensional Innovations Project).
