         Property Insurance - Chubb Insurance Company, in an amount not to exceed $500,000 for the term of April 1, 2024 to April 1, 2025.

         Liability Insurance - Travelers Insurance Company, in an amount not to exceed $485,000 for the term of April 1, 2024 to April 1, 2025.

         Cyber Liability Insurance - Lloyd's of London, in an amount not to exceed $200,000, for the term of April 1, 2024 to April 1, 2025.

         Foreign Liability Insurance - AIG, in an amount not to exceed $2,500, for the term of April 1, 2024 to April 1, 2025.
