Review of the proposed 2024 Public Safety operating budget and the 2024-2028 Capital Improvements (CIP) and Maintenance (MIP) programs.

Ordinance No. CDC-3410 - Relating to liquor licenses required for private clubs, drinking establishments and caterers in the City of Overland Park, KS, specifically regarding definitions for “guest” and “patron”, and allowing for a charitable raffle prize of alcoholic liquor, so as to be consistent with state law.

Ordinance No. ABC-3411 - Amending the City’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Ordinances concerning common consumption areas so as to be consistent with state law.

Ordinance No. CMB-3409 - Amending the City’s Cereal Malt Beverage Ordinances so as to be consistent with state law to include definitions for “guest” and “patron”, allowing for a charitable raffle prize of alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage, as well more clearly explaining which CMB Licenses are needed to sell Cereal Malt Beverages.
