Request for Consent to Transfer – Wichita/Metcalf, LLC transferring the Glenwood Commons Redevelopment Project to 2023 Glenwood Commons LLC within the SEC 91st and Metcalf Community Improvement District, generally located on the southeast corner of 91st Street and Metcalf Avenue (SEC 91ST and METCALF CID).
