Alcohol Code Updates -  Regarding the selling, consumption and public offenses relating to alcoholic and intoxicating liquor so as to be consistent with City practices and state law:

 

Ordinance No. CMB-3365 - Relating to cereal malt beverages in the City.

Ordinance No. AL-3366 - Relating to alcoholic liquor in the City; authorizing the sale of alcoholic food products with a nonbeverage user license and reflecting other changes consistent with new state law.

Ordinance No. POC-3367 - Relating to intoxicating liquor offenses and modifying provisions related to intoxicating liquor on public property.

Ordinance No. ABC-3368 - Authorizing the sale of cereal malt beverages within Common Consumption Areas.

Ordinance No. CDC-3369 - Relating to clubs, drinking establishments, caterers, and public venues in the City.

Resolution No. 4824 - Establishing a schedule of fees and taxes for licenses, permits and applications related to the sale and consumption of intoxicating liquors.
