Thereafter, anyone else wishing to speak on a public hearing item who is in attendance at the meeting will be given an opportunity to do so.

The CONSENT AGENDA will be presented in its entirety for Planning Commission consideration.  Applicants who plan to attend the meeting should be present at 1:30 p.m.
