In order to comply with guidance from the Johnson County Public Health Officer to prevent the spread of COVID-19, this meeting will be conducted using an online virtual meeting tool. Approval to Waive Bid and Selection Process and Authorization to Negotiate a Design-Build Agreement - with Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc., for the Streetlight Conversion Project (SL-2550), in the amount of $5,283,748, with a guaranteed energy savings to the City of $407,410 per year for 10 years.

Approval of Bonding Resolution No. 4698 - a Resolution declaring the intention of the Governing Body to replace Street Lighting Systems; authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds to pay the costs thereof. (Project No. SL-2550).

Bid Tabulation - 2021 Flashing Yellow Arrow Conversion for Common Traffic Signal Components, Project No. MT-2019, with Traffic Signal Controls, Inc., for a total bid of $43,069.80.
