In order to comply with guidance from the Johnson County Public Health Officer to prevent the spread of COVID-19, this meeting will be conducted using an online virtual meeting tool. Members of the Committee will not be present but will participate remotely using the virtual meeting tool. No public hearings have been scheduled for, nor will any be conducted at this meeting.

Change Order No. 3 - 2020 Parking Lot Reconstruction, Project No. MR-1953, with Phoenix Concrete LLC in the amount of $208,399.81 for a revised total contract amount of $3,281,390.26, and time extensions set forth therein.

Supplemental Agreement No. 1 - City-State Agreement 135-19 for 91st Street Intermodal Trail/Greenway Linkage, City Project No. PR-2051, with the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT), KDOT Project No. 46 N-0702-01. The estimated construction cost is $1.6M, including the share by the City of $385,000.
