In order to comply with guidance from the Johnson County Public Health Officer to prevent the spread of COVID-19, this meeting will be conducted using an online virtual meeting tool. Members of the Committee will not be present but will participate remotely using the virtual meeting tool. No public hearings have been scheduled for, nor will any be conducted at this meeting.

Engineering Services Selection and Agreement - On-Demand Consulting Engineering Services Structural Engineering Support, with H.W. Lochner, Inc., for the Period of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022.

Engineering and Architectural Selection and Agreement – 167th Street, Switzer to Antioch, Project No. TH-1914, with HNTB Corporation for a fee not to exceed $949,590.

Consultant Selection and Agreement – 167th Street Bridges over Coffee Creek, Project No. BR-1664 With Affinis Corp, to perform Construction Observation Services for a fee not to exceed $403,030.

Consultant Selection and Agreement - Construction Material Testing Services with KAW Valley Engineering, Inc. to perform on-demand construction material testing services for respective projects and others to be initiated, in an amount not to exceed $112,105.

Change Order No. 3 - 2020 Neighborhood Street Reconstruction Program, Project No. SR-1655, with VF Anderson Builders, LLC in the amount of $1,663,847.80, and time extensions set forth therein.
